The Bike Trailer Shop has been expanding a bit lately, and in the interest of reaching all segments of the bike trailer market, no matter how niche, we have decided to throw our hat into the trailer-building ring with the first two of what we hope will be a long line of BikeTrailerShop.com branded trailers.
The first of our new bike trailers, sure to be a hit among riders of all stripes, is the Pony trailer, designed exclusively for the mass transport of refreshing beverages. You’ll be like the pied piper with this trailer, followed closely wherever you ride by hordes of thirsty fellow bikers.
Custom options for the Pony include a pedal-powered refrigeration unit, pedal pump, cup attachment, and security latch, to prevent opportunistic siphoning.
We’re also happy to announce our first general-purpose cargo trailer, the Stick-Frame. After settling on the final design, and sourcing the materials from Home Depot and local bike-parts hoarders, we’ve begun production in earnest.
The flexible, balanced design allows you to carry just about anything, from plywood, as seen here, to, well, just about anything. The readily available frame components are easy to replace in the event of a breakdown, virtually anywhere in the world. Heck, you can even use sticks in a pinch! The innovative hitch design and integrated load securing devices also solve the age old dilemma of what to do with old, flat inner tubes!
