The specs show that the Vaude has quite a bit more volume, but in the picture they don't look that much different in size, except the Vaude's maybe taller. The Ortlieb sheer waterproofness is appealing, but the Vaude's zip-away pannier mounts seem sensible, if not a bit of a hassle, having to roll up the zip cover.
