Bike Bags

Wandertec’s interest into manufacturing bike bags comes from our our focus on online retail of bike bags through, Bike Bag Shop and our development of sewn bike trailer accessories.

We first began design and manufacturing outdoors bags with the CELLO bike case’s center cover and internal covers. Developing patterns around the BOB Trailer lead to the introduction of the Wandertec SAX liner. Continuing on with this theme, we began manufacturing the Wandertec BAGeL a wheel bag specifically sized for the 16″ or 20″ wheels of bike cargo and bike child trailers.

Bike Bag Shop has become the premier online provider of all styles of bike bags and bike racks. Our expertise has extended from bike panniers to trunk, handlebar, saddle and frame bags over to bike racks and then to bike backpacks and messenger bags. With our intense focus on retailing bike bags we became quite familiar with what customers were looking for.

Working together with Flagstaff seamster Barry Ward on the CELLO patterns and than the Wandertec SAX, we decided to embark on our current lineup of Wandertec Messenger Bags and Hip Packs.
