In memory of Charlie Prinsep, a Toronto cyclist and urban renewal advocate who was killed while riding in 2007, a group of friends came together to form Charlie’s freewheels. Charlie’s freewheels is a great organization that brings at-risk Toronto youth together to build and fix bicycles and learn invaluable mechanical skills.
