Frequently Asked Questions about Shopping at

I cannot delete or change the number of products in the shopping cart.

To update the quantity of products in the shopping cart, put the number of product you'd like in the Qty. box and click on the Update Order box on the bottom left. To delete an item or items, put a checkmark in the Remove box and click on the Update Order box.

Why do I have to login to checkout?

The login process allows you to save all of your shipping and billing inforamation (not credit card info). If you have made an order before on our website, you will be able to reuse your shipping and billing information.

How is my account information used?

We do not save any of your credit card information. The credit card information is passed securely through our website to our payment processor, PayPal. Additionally, we do not sell or use your mailing, shipping or email addresses. When you setup your account, you will recieve 1 email confirmation of the account. When you place an order with us you will recieve a confirmation of the order and an update when it ships. You will recieve no other email from us unless you sign up for our occasional newsletter.

I forgot my login name or password, how can I find out what it is?

Your login name is under the email address you used when you setup your account. If you forget your login name, try out your email addresses. If this still doesn't work, you may have misspelled your email address. Give us a call (1+800-717-2596) and we'll look up your account under your name.

If you lose your login, go to the login page and click on "Password Forgotten". Fill in your email address and you password will instantly be emailed to you.

What's my tracking number?

Our shipments go out via FedEx and USPS. When creating your shipment, we authorize FedEx or USPS to send email notifications to your email address. When your order is picked up by USPS or FedEx and scanned in, an email with your packages tracking information will be sent to you sometime that evening. If you do not recieve an email, it will generally be because the email was sent to your spam folder. Additionally, if you are not recieving emails from us you may want to double check that your email address is correct in our system by attempting to login. If you still cannot find your tracking information email us or give us a call at 1+800-717-2596.

How can I check on the status of my Order?

To check on the status of your order, please login to your account. Click on "View the Orders I Have Made". Your account status will show as pending, processing or backordered.

Pending orders are orders in our system that have not yet been processed by our shipping department. Processing orders are orders in our system

Processing orders are orders in our system that we have prepared for shipping. If your order says processing you should either have had a tracking number or will have a tracking number soon (Occasionally packages shipped via USPS will not have a tracking number. This occurs when the USPS does not recognize your mailing address, though your order is still shipping) Processing is the final status that your order will show in our system.

Backordered orders are orders in our system where some or part of the items are not avaialable to ship. Backordered orders will include an indication as to what part of the order, in any, is shipping and an estimate as to when the remainder can ship.

How do I locate a specific item?

If you know the name of a product and want to view it quickly without having to browse through the web store, you can use the search bar located in the header on every page of the web store. For easy searching, type in a description of the item. Specifying the type of item, the brand and the model will help with your search results.

How do I know what the availability of an item is?

The availability of each item is shown in a box next to the price of the items. Items that are on backorder will show a 0. For items with options, to check on their avaialbility, you will need to click on the select options tab. The avaialability of the various sizes, colors, etc of the product appears in the option dropdown next to the products. For items with multiple options, the availability of the main product will appear in the box next to the price. The availability of the options will appear in each of the dropdown options.

How do I know that my transaction is secure?

When you check out through our website, all of your ordering information is secure, using PayPal and SSL Encrypted Technology. You can see this by checking the security information in your browser. In FireFox, you will see a padlock with the website name in the bottom right hand corner. In Exporer, you will see a padlock right after the URL box at the top of the page. Let us know if you have any questions regarding the security of your information.

Can I change or cancel an order after it's been submitted?

We do our best to process and ship your order the same day that we recieve it. This can sometimes mean that your order is being shipped out within an hour of having recieved it. That being said, if you need to change, add to or cancel an order, we'll do the best we can to make any necessary changes before it ships.
