Berns warranty program covers all of our products from 1 year of purchase. Please fill out the warranty form with a brief description of the problem and email it into connect@bernunlimited.com. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to send you a Bern issued RA number. Once you receive an RA #, please write the number clearly on the box and send it into the address on the bottom of the form. Please allow at least 2 weeks to receive your replacement.
