Overview

Totally re-designed!

The Mountain Feedbag you love now features the single handed access you need.

Ten years ago Mountain Feedbags started the entire chategory of Stem bags. They’ve proven their worth on just about every major backcountry race and route that exists. As the name suggests, the Mountain Feedbag is an on-the go aid station for endurance riding. It offers ample food storage with fumble free one handed access via an innovative drawcord system. Slightly larger than the previous version, you can now easily fit your beloved 1L Nalgene bottle. We’ve also added an additional outside pocket, leaving you with more space for sunscreen, granola bars and other small items.

Made in the USA with domestic and imported materials.

Features
  • Super fast, one handed (really!) opening and closure with no fumbling to grab cord locks.
  • Three external pockets for gels and trash.
  • Three layer construction: outer fabric, foam and liner. Foam adds stiffness and insulates.
  • Bright yellow interior liner snaps in place and is easily flipped for cleaning
  • Mounts to either side of stem with adjustable attachment points – run two for tons of storage
  • Easily used in combination with a Sweetroll or Harness handlebar system
  • Fits bike water bottles, Nalgene bottles, and bear spray cans
Specs
  • Weight: 3.7 oz
  • Materials: Revelate exclusive VX 21 polyurethane coated X-pac; 420 denier yellow lining

Excellent holder

Attaches easily and securely. Will hold fairly heavy items like a water bottle. Bikeshophub shipped quickly and the description was accurate.

Agree with Bundy P...6 out of 5! These can be installed or removed in seconds and are a game changer. Aside from added quick-access storage space when loaded down, they have just enough insulation to keep water bottles from freezing in winter riding. I have yet to have a bottle freeze in temps down to single digits. They're also great for my wife because her extra small frames don't afford more than one bottle cage mount. No effect on steering and I don't hit them with my knees when out of the saddle. Well built--should last for years.

That's a 6 on a 5 scale rating - for the Revelate Mountain Feed Bag. Sure they are all that everybody has already said plus it's a great way to carry extra water on those long, extended rides. And on small bikes where there's not room for water bottle cages, such as on my wife's bike these feedbags fix that issue.

Attaches securely to the handlebars without jiggling or rubbing on the frame. It is big enough for a couple energy bars, a bag of nuts, and a mini water purifier/filter for refilling water bottles at streams on really long rides. I use this and a medium seat bag for most 3-4 hr rides without needing to wear a hydration pack
