Information on Returns and Warranties

Our return and exchange policy is designed to be easy, fast, and hassle free!

1. Review our Ground Rules for returns and exchanges below.

2. Email us at info@BikeShopHub.com or call us at 1+520-620-9110. (Please have your receipt available)
3. Within 2 business days we will send you an email with return instructions.

 

Ground Rules for Returns:

We accept returns for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. Our warehouse will not accept any returns that do not have a Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping of your item. If you would like, we can send you a return shipping label along with your return authorization number. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. All items should be sent to our warehouse in Tucson, Arizona.

All returns must be in new condition, complete with original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. If you send us a return which is not complete, a restocking fee will be charged.

All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping. The fee will be 20% of the sales price of the item(s), not to exceed $50. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Return Authorization numbers (RA) are only valid for fourteen (14) days after they have been issued. Products returned after the expiration date will be refused.

Returns on items that qualified for free shipping will have the cost of the original shipping of the item from BikeShopHub.com to the customer deducted from the refund amount.


4. No returns on products marked as "Closeout" items. If a closeout item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

 

Please Note:
In the case that you receive the wrong item(s) or your item(s) were damaged during shipping, a return shipping label will be provided free of charge.

For warranty issues on products that are shipped out of the US, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the item in cases where the manufacturer requires that the product is returned in order to service the warranty.
